Booking terms
Bookings
In order to confirm a booking an email containing booking dates, party name, type accommodation and meal plan is required. You will receive an email to confirm the booking.
A booking is only guaranteed after an advance payment of at least 30% is received and 100% payment is received 35 days before arrival.
We can temporary hold rooms for Tour Operators who wish to make a provisional booking.
After the hold-period with no confirmation, the booking will automatically be released.
The hold period can be extended if there has been no other booking for the room in the
meantime.
Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.
Cancellations
Cancellations must always be communicated in writing via email.
Cancellation fees for booking cancellations are dependent on the notice given.
Please note:
Payments
Payments for accommodation have to be paid before arrival and can be done by bank transfer (USD/UGX) or credit card (USD). For payments in UGX, we will provide an exchange.
Payments for drinks/meals can be done via credit card (USD/UGX) or cash (UGX) at the lodge.
Please note that we can only accept US dollar notes from 2013 and above which are not torn in any way and free from any stamps and stains.
Check-in & Check- out
Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 10AM, unless otherwise agreed on.
Breakfast: 6AM - 10AM Lunch: midday - 3PM
Dinner: 6PM - 9PM
